Well, it's time to start. I've been thinking about using a Cortex-M3 micro to emulate an analogue synthesiser. Nothing fancy to start with, but maybe it will get more interesting as it goes along.

I see someone on the net has been asking for some code to do just this, and there's a guy who's made a STM32 synth and posted a video on YouTube. Not sure how much information he's provided about the internals.
